In the case of kofi - a refund will be issued and your spot will be lost.♥ Partial refunds potential IF linework has not been started. Full refunds given if commission has no sketch started.♥ The Artist is not responsible for any changes after the work has been completed. If additional changes are requested post completion, additional charges will apply.♥ Clients may commission a third party to animate my emotes as long as credit for the original artwork is given to me.♥ If the client requests characters of IPs not belonging to them (e.g. fanart of existing characters), they are solely responsible for the use of said commissioned work. The artist holds no responsibility for DMCA claims due to the use of copyrighted characters.♥ Client understands that there is no physical item associated with this transaction. The final work will be sent via email and/or Twitter.♥ If you file a charge back against me;
You will be blacklisted, your name will be publicly posted where I see appropriate(to warn others), and in certain circumstances, Small Claims Court may be involved for theft. This will include all legal fees and losses on my end. Including, but not limited to, time spent on filing and damages.

♥ Fill and send in the commission form AND/OR Dm me on Twitter.♥ After your form has been approved, an invoice will be sent via Paypal / VGEN ONLY.♥ Once full payment has been received, I will reserve your commission slot.♥ Vtuber models take months to complete so please keep this in mind!♥ Typical wait time is 10 to 15 business days per project, once on the "in progress list".♥ Wait time does not include reserving your slot and the time you may be in the "Paid" waiting list. The waiting list process can be 1-2+ months depending on workload!♥ Where you are in the queue can be found on my Trello.♥ If ever any concerns please email me or DM me.(Commissions can take longer than initially stated, as I'm physically disabled. If you have a date it is needed by, PLEASE STATE SO PRIOR. This may require a rush fee depending on the urgency.)♥ A sketch will be sent for changes and approval. Once the sketch has been approved, revisions aside from minor color changes/corrections WILL NOT be accepted, without fees. Please make sure you are happy with the posing and expression in the sketch. Changes after approval will be subject to extra fees.♥ The final artwork and files will be sent to your provided contact information (email/twitter).
